i altered this recipe and GOD I DIDN’T KNOW IT WOULD BE SO FULFILLING

one banana, one egg, 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, a little bit of almond milk, a little bit of vanilla extract, a few sprinkles of coconut shavings, and a tbsp of nutella

IM SURE THAT WAS ALL UNDER 400 CALORIES and i am STUFFED damn starchless pancakes are the way to go my god

i know other people would complain about the consistency (it kept falling apart) but i only care about what tastes good not how it looks LOL. damn im stuffed and satisfied go try it!

woke up, checked my weight (haven’t done it in a while; last time I did, it said I was 145 pounds and i thought i would never lose weight)—

I’M 138.5 NATURALLY!!! without any crazy dieting or anything, just eating much healthier, eating less carbs and more fruits and veggies, and exercising every day. the last time i weighed that much was when i went on that crazy 3-day diet, and i quickly gained the weight i had lost. 

this is so exciting ehehahhahehhaha!!!

well.. i hella fucked up friday-sunday. time to start fresh

day 3 4/22

breakfast: blueberry yogurt with protein powder, chopped bananas, coconut flakes, and slivered almonds

lunch: some of this shitty safeway salad. i didnt finish it cus there was too much cabbage in it, i hate cabbage.

dinner: boiled garlic saffron chicken with grilled onions, a few fries mixed in. a traditional persian thing, hella good. skipped the rice

snacks:

  1. a slutty brownie (cookie, brownie, and oreo in one god dammit i only had one though so im proud. i worked out too so it probably burned off)
  2. banana
  3. small apple with almond butter
  4. nonfat iced matcha green tea latte

my metabolism’s hella up and running! i ate frequently but i ate small portions so i’m happy :)

day 2 4/21

breakfast: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with a tablespoon of strawberry low sugar jam, with slivered almonds on top

lunch: cranberry walnut salad with goat cheese and dark greens/spinach.

dinner: a crappy half sandwich of panera’s turkey, white cheddar, apple, and spinach sandwich (bad choice of the day!!! i fuckin ate bread.) a weird spinach salad with mushrooms and onions and eggs and bacon.

snacks:

  • blueberry yogurt
  • froyo

coulda done better..

**NO EXERCISE (if you don’t count work because I was there for 9 hours and I’m tired as fuck)

DAMN I checked my weight this morning and apparently I’m 140lbs?? That’s freakin AWESOME!!! I remember I would weigh 147 at my highest before I started that weird 3-day diet thing. Or did I actually lose weight since yesterday? Legit! I only have about 10 pounds to lose then!

I’m also sore all over from yesterday’s full-body workout, but I really love that feeling.

prom diet day 1 4/20

just had a whole 2 cups of water doused with lemon before breakfast. i almost barfed twice

breakfast: blueberry yogurt strawberry blueberry smoothie with orange juice, milk, and protein powder

lunch: pineapple chicken meatballs with bell peppers, onions, and green beans

dinner: protein style in&out burger. dammit, i had a few fries.

snacks: 

  1. apple with peanut butter
  2. chai tea green nonfat latte (starbucks) with 1/3 of a cookie my mom got -__-

it was okay for my first day, overall.
